Description
To access resources at Southeast Communities Service Center, call 11am - 12 pm on Monday morning to schedule an appointment.
Hot Meals provided every Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday from 11:20am -12:20pm. Food Pantry open every Tuesday (10-11am) & Thursday (10am-12pm & 2-5pm). Infant Diper Distribution exists every Wednesday from 2-3:45pm (Birth Certificate & ID required).
