SHWASHLOCK offers separate showers for men and women, each with a corresponding locker for use while showering, as well as three washing machines, four dryers, and 70 lockers for longer-term use. Any individual experiencing homelessness can use the showers and laundry machines for free, and any individual receiving case management from The People Concern can use the storage lockers at no cost.meets emergency basic needs such as showers, washers, and lockers. After cleaning up and storing belongings, clients are free to access services or attend classes at the Access Center across the street.
The Access Center offers access to housing, food, case management, mental health services, as well as various housing options including emergency and transitional housing, and permanent housing with supportive services for low-income and homeless youth, battered women and their children, and people living with mental illness.
