Description
This vet supportive service clinic is on site at the Tibor Rubin VA Medical Center. Services include: case management, homeless shelter and housing referrals, residential treatment services, to help Veterans transition to stable housing situations. Routine medical care, surgery, psychiatry, rehabilitation, oncology, dentistry and more also available. Call for appointment or walk-in. If in crisis call Veterans Crisis Line. Emergencies are seen 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
