Open weekdays, this clinic provides routine medical, diabetic eye exams, and behavioral health counseling to children and adults in the San Gabriel community. Other services include STD/HIV screenings, support groups, chronic disease management, pediatrics, counseling and preventative screenings. If you do not have insurance, please bring ID, proof of Los Angeles County residence, and proof of income to your first visit, as you may be eligible for a sliding fee discount.
