Description
This rapid rehousing program serves homeless adults who are or recently have been on probation in Los Angeles County. Offering Housing, Case Management, and Employment Services, at the end of the 12-18 month program, clients will “transition in place” and continue living in their housing unit while paying the full rental amount. To participate, clients must be: currently/recently on probation in LA County; homeless or at-risk of being homeless; formerly incarcerated in a California State Prison or LA County jail at some point in time; employed or been employed within the last year or currently work ready; and a single adult or a head of a small family. All accepted clients must be willing to seek to “transition in place” and assume responsibility for their full rent within 12-18 months after beginning the program.
