Description
Located in Glassell Park, this Safe Parking Program provides 20 safe and legal places for adults 18+ who are living in the cars, vans or campers (RV's allowed) to park and sleep at night. Anyone who has a valid driver's license and is living in their car, van or camper (if the vehicle is operational) may park and rest overnight. Serves Veterans and Adults. On site security, and access to portable restrooms and a hand washing station are available during program hours, Meals served 3x week. Safe Parking Program providers may able to help pay for lost ID, and offer referrals to community resources such as housing, medical, benefits, education and jobs.
