Description
Located on Crenshaw High School's campus, this clinic serves children, youth and adults. Services offered include sports physicals, immunizations, flu shots, substance use disorder, mental health counseling, reproductive health, and more. All services are confidential. Many patients may qualify for free or low-cost services; those that do not are charged on a sliding fee scale. Call for an appointment or Walkins Ok .
