Description
The Transitional Housing Program offers LGBTQ youth ages 18-24 housing and meals along with supportive services such as support groups, recreation and life skills help for up to 18 months. Case managers help you find a job, enroll in school, and manage your savings. Call or Visit the LGBT Youth Center to apply for access to programs.
