Description
Seniors 50 and older can take free/low cost classes, (including classes in exercise, Tai Chi, nutrition, diabetes, computers, photography and more!), and join fellow seniors in recreational opportunities (such as bingo, dance groups, card games, game nights and field trips) and and more. The Center also provides food bank distribution to income-qualifying seniors over 60, and telephone reassurance calls to the homebound. Adult protective and mental health services and programs as well as other social services, are all part of the center’s activities.
