Description
AHF links Latino LGBTQ youth and adults to healthcare, drug treatment programs and social services agencies across LA County. Community Center programs include: health education and awareness regarding HIV/AIDS, substance abuse and drug prevention, Syringe Exchange, weekly community gatherings, case management and housing referrals for homeless individuals living with HIV/AIDS. Most services available to walk-ins at all locations but appointments preferred. Support group calendars available online.
