Offers homeless services to individuals and families who are either homeless or at risk of homelessness. Services include street outreach/engagement, intake/assessment, case management, transportation assistance, employment assistance, follow up, information & referral, homeless prevention, housing placement, rapid re-housing. Visit Access Center for information, referrals and essential services. Adult CES assessments offered daily.
