Description
This Access Center/FamilySource Center offers FREE Services to low-income families including Benefit Screening, Employment and employment supports and job fairs, Youth Educational support, Tutoring, College Corner, and cultural after-school activities. Other services include: Financial Coaching and Workshops, Rent/Utility Assistance (based on availability), VITA Tax Return Preparation, LADWP & Gas Company Discount Programs, Immigration Legal Assistance (CARECEN), Housing Linkages, Diapers, children items, hygiene items, Transportation, and Dance: Beginner and Advanced Classes, An Onsite DPSS office can connect clients to CalFresh/Food stamps, Medi-Cal, Case management services are available to low-income parents and guardians, and their children 17 years and under. Must live in the City of Los Angeles and show proof of income. Call Center for more information.
