Description
The Beachwood Transitional Living Program (TLP) serves homeless transitional aged youth (TAY) ages 18-24, of all genders. The TLP offers basic necessities such as food, clothing, and hygiene products as well as support services such as case management, mental health, education support, employment support, life skills, tutoring and mentoring. The Beachwood TLP screening and intake is by appointment only and requires an interview with the youth. TAY may apply to the program by calling and setting an appointment with the Program Manager or be referred through the Youth CES. LGBTQIA2+ and youth of all races, ethnicities, and religions welcome in all programs. CALL to Apply.
