Low cost health clinic for low-income individuals and families. Services include chronic disease management, routine health, dental, vision, pediatric, women's health, mental health, HIV/AIDS, podiatry, STD testing/treatment, Senior Health and disabilities, and transgender health. Immunizations available on a walk-in basis for children. Social security number or proof of income may be required. MediCal accepted. Call appointment line
