Description
The Dream Center offers a variety of residential programs that provide personalized care, mentorship and guidance to residents. Programs include: 1) the discipleship program for men and women overcoming addiction, and the connections program and transitions program, which focus on recovery and reentry after leaving the campus, 2) Foster Youth (18-24) Program for youth who have transitioned out of the foster care system, 3) Housing for Homeless Families and 4) the Dream Center for Veterans, a one year program to help veterans transition back to civilian life.
