The Children’s Health Outreach, Enrollment, Utilization and Retention Services (CHOEUR) project assists families residing in (SPA 7) region of Los Angeles County with enrollment to no-cost or low-cost healthcare coverage programs. The program provides application assistance for uninsured children and families who may be eligible for Medi-Cal, Medi-Cal Access Program (MCAP), Covered California, or the Kaiser Permanente Child Health Program. They also provide referrals to Los Angeles County programs such as Ability to Pay (ATP), My Health L.A, Child Delivery Program, and many others.
