Description
Free Tenants Rights Clinics offer advice on how to advocate for your self with your landlord or learn eviction prevention strategies. (See website for dates/times/locations) Following the general presentation free individual counseling about eviction prevention and other issues like landlord harassment may be offered. If you have been served with eviction proceeding to be heard at the Courthouse located at 111 North Hill/110 North Grand, EDN offers low-cost legal consultation* on a first-come, first-served walk-in basis. Arrive early to sign-up for consult. (Legal advice is not offered over the phone.)
