CHS Long Beach serves children and families in the greater Long Beach, San Pedro, Carson area with the following programs: the Child Care Payment Program (CCPP), the Family Child Care Home Education Network (FCCHEN), the Resource and Referral Program (R&R), and the Emergency Child Care Bridge Program for Foster Children (Bridge Program).

Families with children under age 12, or older children up to age 21 with exceptional needs who meet income requirements and are working or going to school, or are homeless can qualify for free or low cost childcare.
