Westwood Transitional Village provides homeless families with 40 independent apartments, with one- to four-bedrooms for homeless families (including veterans with families) with children. The Westwood campus also includes an on-site medical clinic, the Bessie Pregerson licensed childcare center, and an after-school program. Clients must be directly referred by St. Josephs Center at 204 Hampton Dr. Venice, CA 90291. Call 310-694-6035 for more information. Clients can only stay up to 90 days with a possible 2 month extension if needed. 30 units are rent free and 10 units are for Veterans that must pay 30% of their income.
